Architect Shigeru Ban (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Japanese architect Shigeru Ban built a house using a skin made primarily of cardboard tubes, giving a new twist to the idea of recycling cardboard.

I like the way the cardboard tubes remind us of the trees they came from, and sit comfortably beside live trees in the forest.
